Starting MSA error: UI_Language_independant

Hello experts,

while starting msa 50sp11 I get the error:

UI_Language_independant : creating the VB object AMobile Sales failed

Does anybody know what this could be ?

I' ve deinstalled msa twice, but I get always this error.

IS this a problem of the system language ?
