we have ECC 6 EHP 6 and I want to use the new solution manager 7.2 to control creation and deletion of the user account and adding or remove authorization which requires some workflow to use that can go through email to senior manager to approve it
is that possible on solution manager 7.2 can you help me with some document or links to know more
