The user xxx is already processing this document - please try again later. It shows that BBP_GET_STATUS is also updating the Purchasing documents. It runs every 5 mins. How can we avoid this in happening?

please schedule BBP_GET_STATUS_2 according SAP Note 1145063 - BBP_GET_STATUS_2: High runtime, improvement proposals and

also consider the recommendations of KBA 1857099 - Report BBP_GET_STATUS_2 - performance guide. In case of slow performance you can experience the same error even the jobs are scheduled properly.

In case of all the corrections are in, schedule the report according

SAP Note 1145063 - BBP_GET_STATUS_2: High runtime, improvement proposals. You can use

Example 1:

Variant 1: Last 2 days ; Job executed every 3 minutes
Variant 2: Last 30 days ; Job executed every 30 minutes
Variant 3: Last 180 days ; Job executed every 4 hours
Variant 4: Everyday ; Job executed once a week at the weekend

Dear Melvin,

Please analyze the requirement of scheduling it for every 5 minutes.

We do run with this issues before and we had a discussion with our functional team members and clearly scheduled the jobs which conflicts often.
