Hi experts,

I am facing a critical error...when I am trying to use Bussiness Graphics..I am facing a critical error..that is Graphics Rendering Problem.

Please can u help me in tracing out what is the problem

Hi Madani,

In case you are still facing problem ..could you check the SAP Note 1144698 - How to configure a proxy for the J2EE engine ?

The Graphics rendering problem also arises when external server like IGS can not be reached from within the engine and due to this the generation of IGS-based graphics fails.

Hi,

May be some problem with your IGS url. Set the IGS url on your java engine.

The corresponding note for the IgsUrl paramter is 704604.

I think you should check this first before you upgrade your IGS installation. Note 931900 shows you how to find out the IGS patchlevel. Then you see if your IGS is running (correct) and maybe an upgrade is needed also.
