HANA Table for database table sizes (runtime vs disk)

Hi,

I am working on an application to fetch the details on the size of tables in SAP HANA. I found two tables which has details on table size- M_CS_TABLES (for runtime memory ) and M_TABLE_PERSISTENCE_SATISTICS (for disk space). I created a SQL script based on these two tables and noticed that the total size for a table in M_TABLE_PERSISTENCE_SATISTICS is almost twice as much as total size of that table in M_CS_TABLES. Can any one please provide more details on these two tables. Below are the links that I referred for info on these tables, but there are not much details in them:
