Reminders in Purchasing Value key

Hi

Through which medium the reminders are issued to the vendors? If we require to send the reminders to the users in the purchaing department can it be done?

Hai,

If u maintain the negative values in purchse value key, u can send the reminders before the delivery date thru MAHN out type.

You can send the reminders either through Print or Fax medium

Maintain the Partner functions for Mail partner or buyer in the Message Config. for the message type MAHN

so that the purchase department also receives the reminders
