I have SAP Logon installed in my system.

Hello Phaniraj,

welcome in the SAP Community.

That may have a few reasons:

  • Is SAP GUI Scripting API part of your installation?

If not Scripting Tracker can't find the sapfewse.ocx file, because it was not installed.

  • Is the SAP GUI installed in the standard directory C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\SAPgui?
If not you can customize the path in the Tracker.ini file.

Let us know your results.

Best regards
Stefan

Thanks Stefan. Configuring Tracker.ini worked.

One more help. As we are automating SAP application with Java, Currently we are referring to "SCRIPTING API" in tracker and micro focus website for any help to code.

Can you help us with any quick reference or any material which would help us to code faster and better.

Thanks,

Phaniraj

Hello Phaniraj,

thanks for your reply.

Sorry but unfortunately I don't have any material about practicing or experience to use SAP GUI Scripting in the context of Java. It seems that this scenario is not very usual. I used it also very rarely.

Best regards
Stefan
