Common DC - Customer material info record

Hi, can anyone advise if setting up common DC for master data is applicable for customer material info record?

Dear Peter,

As per my understanding to your query:

Common Distribution channel and Common division helps in sharing maste data effectively. This can be used as a reference dist.chnl and div. for other dist.chnl and divs. Then the master data can be effectivel shared.

Please check:

SPRO --> Sales and distribution --> Master Data

-->Common Disrtibution channel (T. Code: VOR1)

--> Define common division (T. Code: VOR2)
