LSO: Workflow

Hi All,

I have a scenario:

A person request for participation thru Learning Portal.The Workflow is still waiting for the approval/ rejection of Manager.

Is ther any way or report, that the training adminstrator can come to know the employee for whom the approval is pending from manager so that he can follow up with manager manually.

Will appreciate a quick reply.

Hi

You can setup up a monitoring deadline in your workflow. If the workitem is with manager for a certain period of time, it should issue another reminder to the manager.

Alternatively you can setup extended notifications if you are using ECC 6.0. In that, there is an option for reminder it will keep on checking the inboxes of the approvers and if it crosses a certain time limit, it will resend the workitem to the manager.

That Depends on the Wht Role he( Training Admin Has to play) has the access to see it seems.
