Change History Forecast data in Planning Area APO

We had some errors with proportional factors calculation in April and need to make adjustments to the forecast. The system will NOT let me make any changes. Can someone guide me to what filters and/or settings needs to be altered to be able to change planning data for current month and previous month. The demand values will not be changed, only the forecast data.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi Jay,

Go to T code /n/SAPAPO/SDP8B

Enter Planning book and data view-> Go to Tab "Data View"-> you can change the date for "INPUT" frm.
