Hi Guys,

Is there any standard report in QM where I can see Accepted and reject quantity for a material along with Inspection Lot Number.

I could find Number of Inspection Lots from standard report, but unable to find Lot Number

Hi Murli,

You can see it thru T-Code 'QA33' as follows :

QA33 --> Enter the Selection criteria on the 'Inspection Lot Selection'Page & Press 'F8' or 'Execute' it --> Then go to Settings --> Layouts --> Change --> Then select the fields from 'Column Set' side and put them in to the 'Display Column' side.

Now you can save this layout by go to Settings --> Layouts --> Save ... Then define a logical name for further use.

Please revert with findings.

Hi,

goto QA32 or QA33 change the layout, select the unretrscted, scrap, blocked and return to vendor quantities.

Accepted quantity : unrestricted quantity

Rejected quantity : Scrap quantity or blocked quantity or return to vendor

Hi,

Go to QA33 set the layout for Inspection lot number, Unrestricted stock (Accepted Qty), Blocked stock (Rejected Qty) and save the layout.

It will help you.

Or Else write Z report for Accepted Qty and Rejected Qty with Inspection lot from QALS Table.

Revert for further Clarification.
