Credit Limit - Requirement for Maker and Checker concept

Dear All,

We are having credit limit functionality in SD with warning message when the limit exceeds. Credit limit is working fine.

Requirement from Business users is that for Sales Order with warning message, they should have two users who save the SO.

First user will create the SO and final save to be done by second user.

This is like approval concept for Sales Order which have credit limit exceed warning.

Kindly check how can we fulfill the requirement.

Hi Vikas,

Once credit limit exceeds, the sales order will block for subsequent activities, until unless it is released by someone through VKM3.

So you should not give authorization of VKM3 to the user who creates the sales order. And provide authorization to final approval person for same. Hope it will work for you without going through complex your process.
