New Assignment Block not visible in UI

Hello Experts,

We have created a new assignment block in Case Management section of UI .

We have created a new view for the same and then added it in repository editor . And assigned our own role config key .

But the problem we are facing is the assignment block is visible for some of the users and for some it is not visible .

We checked with the business role and everything looks ok. But for some users still it is not visible .

Can any one give some guidance on how to solve this problem ??

    Hi Vinayak,

    Could you let me know the following information

    1) In the runtime repository, where did you add your new assignment block ? Ideally the way SAP delivers is, the view will be added to the Overview page and then the Overview page is assigned to the Window.

    2) You mentioend that you are using this Role Config Key. Where exactly did you assign ? Is it that you created a new configuration for the assignment block ??

    I feel that you should create a new configuration in the overview page also with the same config key. Now when the business user with the same config key logs in, then the corresponding configuration of the view is rendered.

    Hi,

    my guess, if those users use the same UI Role for the logon, is that those users who can not see the new assignment block have saved an own personalization of the overview page. Just try to reset this to the standard one.
