Our one user is getting the error "Printing Error: Full Document could not be printed: reduce the top and bottom margin (RPT-6723) (message 200-38)" frequently, when he tries to print JV Print (PLD).

the printer tries to print out of the defined area in your design.
I would do a copy of this PLD, and I would delete one by one the fields from bottom to the top and check the field that causes the error.
