customer material info record.

Hi all

I am an SD consultant new to ECOM.We are doing internet sales implementation ISA 5.0 (without CRM).This is a B2B scenario. My client is using a lot of customer material info records.So in the web order-- customer material info record needs to be displayed for material for each customer in the catalog. How do i go about this?How do i map this field in the product catalog in SAP R/3 so that this will be populated in the web catalog.

Hello Jacob,

You can associate any Set type data as additional attributes in a product catalog. This information is maintained in the Catalog Header. See this standard help document on how to maintain the [List of Characteristics in Product catalog|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/EN/39/e8e4388abb5d0be10000000a11402f/content.htm].

There is no standard Set Type that gets created from Customer material info record. That would be either a manual effort to create this in CRM or develop automated approach is creating this set type in CRM from the customer material info record.

Thanks for the reply. But i am not using CRM. This is basically ISA R/3 with Sap r/3 backend.The product catalog does not have the said features.How do we proceed?
