Cannot create message in STWB_WORK

Hello,

In our solution manager system, we are trying to create a message as a part of defect management. We went to "Messages" tab and clicked on "Create message" button. A new window appeared wherein the all details are filled up. But when we clicked on "Save" button, an information message appeared: No clients defined in SMSY. But this is defined in SMSY. And after this nothing happened and the message did not get created.

Please let me know what configuration needs to be done to get the message created.
