Overhead structure

Hi everybody,

I create Overhead structure

Now, I want to define new Calculation Base, O/H rates, Accrual objects. Please help me how to do it

Hi,

As you have defined the overhead structure, now you can define the accrual cost elements as per the requirement.

Then under Product Cost Planning, basic settings for material costing, there is Overhead. Here you can define the calculation base for overhead, also the percentage overhead rates etc.

As the overhead structure is applicable for controlling area and the above overhead settings are also made at controlling area level, the same will be applicable for concerned co area.
