Error Connecting to my instance

Hi,

When I try to connect to my instance I get the attached error. I rebooted but still get the error. I was able to successfully connect yesterday.

Has anybody else run into this problem?

Hi, I seem to have the same problem. I am on AWS.

I can connect via SSH to the operating system. Does that work for you, too?

When I activate the SAP CAL, I cannot connect via SAP Gui nor http.

Hi Lars,

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately I'm not able to connect via SSH. My PC is locked down and I don't have the ability to download PuTTY executable files.

Question, by connecting via SSH what does this tell you? That there's a problem on the SAP CAL side or your side?

Have you since been able to connect via SAP GUI or or RDP?

Is there any other options to help with this issue besides the SAP SCN/
