XLR: How To Exclude Year End Closing JEs from GL

Does anyone know how to exclude all JEs related to the Year End closing in XLR?

Example, I'm pulling in Financials Amount on an expanding row on GL Accounts. Then there's an expanding column on YTD @Period.

The problem is that the last period includes the Year End posting, which causes the YTD Total to be $0.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Brad,

You can try TransType != '-3' which is closing balance.

FYI, type. '-2' is opening balance.

Hi Brad,

From memory, there is a document type or entry type for closing balances, just exclude the type in your definition.
