Message with outbound error status

Hello everyone I have the next scenario

ABAP Client Proxy ->PI->BPM

now the problem es that my message is with status processed succesfully but with outbound error status, and the BPM is not processing anything, now the BPM is working fine cause I'm using the same BPM in the next scenario

File -> PI -> BPM

now I've double checked the mappings and is working fine does anyone have any suggestion why this could be happening, thanks in advance.

Hi,

In SXMB_MONI select your message and click on the PE near Red Flag and check all the steps of your BPM and analyse where exactly you are getting this problem.

May be the data is incorrect which does not satisfy your BPM conditions.

For more detail you can goto tcode SWPR and check whether there is also an entry for the same message if yes then try to reprocess it from there and if the particular work Item after reprocessing remains there that means it is the problem in your source data.

If in Transaction code SXI_CACHE the status of the BPM is 99, try to activate it.
