C4C Outlook / Exchange Integration WITHOUT Plug-In

Hello!

I have heard that there should be a possibility to connect from C4C to an exchange server without the use of a plug-in! It should be possible with the use of a special "user-impersonalization" feature. Is this true? If yes, where can we find a setup guide to this?
