Problems with update SP9 to SP16 in SDM

I'm updating my system SP09 to SP16, I have ABAP/JAVA integrated in the same instance, the deployer package I have problem in the J2EE_CORE and J2EE I get errors:

check the logs, it looks like a JVM related error.
