Restrict the FF ID's display/search in GRC Access request

Hi Experts,

I would like to know if there is any authorization object by which we can the restrict FF ID's display/search in Access Request submission.

When we select Request type as ->Superuser access and then select Firefighter ID then i am able to see all the FF ID's and our requirement is not to show all the FF ID's. For Example if some Finance user selects the FF ID's it should show only Finance Firefigher ID's and also we would like to show only unused FF ID's.

Please let me know if such functionality exists in GRC10.1 by any authorization object. we are in SP17.

Hi Sri,

How you differentiate user from Finance vs. Supply? Do you have BP or BSP in place?

Ramesh,

we actually restricted the GRAC_USER (User ID) field in GRAC_FFOWN object and it worked. Users can now only see the FF ID's under that User ID(ff Owner Id given in the field). Now we are good on that part.

We also wanted the users to select and see only the unused FF ID's. I do not know if SAP provided any functionality for it.
