Is there a standard Adobe form with Fragments for Bill of Lading in S/4 HANA 1709?

We are looking to create a Bill of Lading form in S/4 HANA 1709. Is there a standard Adobe Form with fragments that we can configure and use with BRF+ ? Or is Smart Forms the only way to use one?

We got it to work. We had to manually add the application type..BILLING_DOCUMENT..
