Addition of field in Change Layout Field in QA32 sceeen

Hi Gurus,

My client reqiurement is that they want additional fields like Width,Thickness and Length in QA32 screen(ALV).These values like width,thickness and length are maintained in batch classification.

How can we bring these field in Change layout field in the QA32 screen.Thanks in advance

Hi Ram,

QA32 is a std. transiction and principally can not be changed. You can change it thru ABAPer's help by getting change key from SAP but remember that after making change in it and getting the key SAP never takes any responsibility of malfunctioning of it as it is changed by our ABAPer.

Second option is just prepare a Z report like 'ZQA32' with the help of ABAPer and he will provide you whatever you want in the form of ALV report.

Hi Atul,

Is there any user exit available in Q.M for the above problem.I did check for user exits using package QV but i did not get any corressponding exit for my problem.

Hi Ram,

As you stated all these length and all other are the Batch Characteristics, Correct? So they will be definitely not there on QA32.

But as Atul suggested, you need to develop a own customized layout to fulfill your purpose. And you will certainly need a ABAPer to achieve this. So my advice will be, to Contact with your developer straightaway.
