What version of CRS do I have

I've been searching for a doc that would list versions of Crystal Reports Server, but couldn't find one. The version# I have is 11.5.3.438 as found in CMC. When I bring up help in CMC, the doc says, "Introduction to BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 Administrator's Guide".

Am I really on Release 2? What SP is my version?

I tried installing SP4, but it stated I need SP2 first. When looking for SP2 on the SAP download page, there was only 1 SP2 file, but it was for Linux!

Help,

Jeff

    Hi Jeff

You can get the SP2 installation file from the following link.

    http://resources.businessobjects.com/support/additional_downloads/service_packs/crystal_reports_en.asp#CRXIR2

    Hope it helps.

    Thanks

    Hi Jeff

    - Am I really on Release 2?

If the CMC shows BOXIR2 ,then yes you have installed the product BOXI with R2.

    - What SP is my version?

Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs.

There you can see the version of SP.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks

    Soni

    Thanks for the input Soni.

As far as the Control Panel, it just states, Crystal Reports Server XI, ver# 11.5.3.438

There is no mention of a SP.

Since it seems I need SP2, does anyone know where I can get it? It is NOT on the SAP site.

Help! I would like to use Crystal Reports Viewer 2008 with CRS and I need to be on SP2 or greater.

    Thanks,

    JSR
