Error in Retroactive Accounting

Hi,

We have stuck in major problem related to Retroactive Accounting, regarding leaves our client's requirement is that the leaves should get deducted in current months payroll, For ex- if the payroll is run for 01.06.2008 - 30.06.2008 then the leaves should get deducted from previous month that is 01.05.2008 - 31.05.2008, After updating the leaves quota and deducting the leaves from the same, we executed the simulation but we are getting the error message :-

"Error during cumulation no entry found in the table T512W

key 40 * 2008 06 30" and when we click in the processing we get the detail error log as " Wage Types in table RT are cumulated in table CRT according to the specification in processing class 30. (also No Wage Type , Number, Amount is being displayed.

Please help.

How does the entires in the table V_T512W look like?

What specification do you use in Processing Class 30?

hi open that wagetype though v_510w_d and see processing class 30.select the option which suits ur requirement.

Dont do the past entries Once you run the payroll
