Standard RFC to Find out existance of a program on Production System

Hi,

We have a list of Programs and we need to check that whether those programs exists on different production system.

Is there any STANDARD RFC.... which can find out the existence of program on a particular system.

Hopefully, the RFC should have atleast two importing parameters viz (1) Name Of Program (2) Name of Target System
