Capacity requirements

Hi PP Experts,

Can anybody please tell me where is Capacity reqmts indicator in Production order so we can generate Capacity requirements.

Hi,

In CO02 transaction (change production order) goto the control data tab page. Here the check box "calculate capcity requirements" is availble.

Also in OPU3 transaction (scheduling paramters) for the plant & order type "Generate capacity reqmnts" can be activated.

Dear,

Control key in work center is marke for capacity generation then we maintain the formula in work center with finite scheduling in capacity header of work center. and mention the avalable capacity.

Generate capacity Req" check box at OPU3 for Prod order type/Plant combination

Order type in OPJK whether the capacity requirement is checked is activeted.

When we create the production order the system generate the capacity requirement by using frmula of work center and value from routing opertaion. You do the capacity check in production order it self.

For capacity evolation use CM01 and leveling CM21 and CM25.

goto co02 , click on control data tab there you can find the

calicualate cap.req.

but you need to assign the work centres in the operations,opearions should havethe time ,

in work centre you should use teh formula for capacitis, there should be teh working time and capacity

and also tick for relevent to finite scheduling an dlong term planning

then you can calicualte teh capacity requiremtns
