Integration between CRM 2007 webui and SAP enterprise portal

Hi gurus,

we are in the following scenario:

- SAP CRM 2007;

- ECC and BW with enterprise portal.

My issue is: Can I insert a link in CRM web ui to the enterprise portal showing a BW report without integrating this two environment?

Hi Fabrizio,

I see 2 ways how to achieve this:

- you can use the transaction launcher to call any URL in place or in a new window. So if you can address the respective portal page via a specific URL this should work.

- you can use direct BI integration of CRM 2007 to include any BI report.

Both options should be described around the topics of navigation bar/ technical role definition/ transaction launcher in IMG and documentation.
