heading for my invoice

hi gurus,

i am new to smartforms and i have to create a invoice and am fine with it but my problem is i am not able to set the headings and fetch the data into my table and my table is like this

thats how my table is with 5 headings like itemno, matno, descrip, quantity,netvalue. and my data is like

vbrp-posnr, vbrp-matnr, vbrp-arktx, vbrp-fking, vbrp-netwr. so how can i set the data and fetch the data.

i have gone through the sdn but it dint help me much pls pls .... help me out.

Hi kata jacob,

In the table select the entire row and select the pattern.

In the select pattern select the second pattern in the template.

Hi,

You can declare internal table having 5 fields and fetch the data in the programe lines from vbrp.

Please create a table in the main window and create line type having 5 columns and assign to linetype to main area , it will give 5 cells and under each cell create text node and pass to itemno etc respectively.

In the table>Tab data>pass inetrnal table to work area.

thank you verymuch for the reply and now am able to fetch the data and display it on the screen but another thing is that it is not with any vertical lines and horizontal lines so how can i draw it pls guide me to draw those lines on my form. if it is with snap shots it is really much appriciated. waiting for your reply.

Hi,

Go to table tab, u are able to see line type below, Keep Press CTRl button and select 5 colums with mouse,Click on select pattern and again clcik on Display framed patterns and seelct second pattern.
