we generate a COA for every shipment to a certain customer, in this case, the COA's are sent to me as the first recipient so they can be evaluated before forwarding to the customer. when I receive these in my e-mail, the subject line does not include the batch number, this causes some confusion as we produce and ship many batches of the same menu of products to this customer. is there a way to configure SAP to include the batch number in the E-mail subject lines?
