Contact Profile - Cookie ID is missing

Hi All,

when loading an interaction of type "WEBSITE_VISIT" with ID_ORIGIN "COOKIE_ID" the ID itself is not shown in Hybris Marketing:

Might this be a bug? The ID_ORIGIN Cookie_ID is customized as not anonymous in our system.

Moreover when checking the App "Resent Items" there is no clickable name for this contact as an unknown website visitor never will have a name:

This should be corrected by SAP. Anybody had a workaround for this?
