Change SNP planning period from week to month

Hello,

we plan "F" materials via a SNP run on a weekly period. I am new in APO so please give me a short advice how can i change the periode from a week to a month for example.

Hello,

we have problems with additonal PurReq if already a PO exist if you change the delivery date to to the future.

I would change to PP/DS runs so we solve this problem. But i must dicuss with our IT team and the last information i have from the past they want change to PP/DS for "F" materials.

you can change the planning period using Planning bucket profile. Using tcode /SAPAPO/TR30 create Time bucket profiles in months. Please make sure that when you create a planning buckets profile, the periodicities should also be defined in the storage buckets profiles on which the planning area is based. Then in the Planning book (/SAPAPO/SDP8B) in the data view give the TB Profile Id for future and history. Now you can view monthly buckets in your Interactive Planning book

why do you want to change it to monthly basis..Generally SNP is planned on either daily or weekly basis and DP is planned on either weekly or monthlty basis

Hi Bernard,

Get the Demand Planning Team to release the forecast into SNP in Monthly buckets.Also , change the "Time Bucket Profile ID" in Data view of SNP planning book according to your requirement.
