SAP C4C Predetermining URLs for Direct Navigation for Custom BO

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to create notification workflows for Custom BO with predetermined URLS.

I have enabled the notification rule for QN and later to configurations, email workflow works fine, but the deep link in the URL is not working.

We are using below type.:

https://myNNNNNN.crm.ondemand.com/sap/byd/nav?bo=[x][&]nav_mode=TI[&]param.Key=[y]

In the Custom BO - notifcation rule, the technical ID of the QN BO which is the SAP UUID is not displayed. Because of which I'm unable to pass the SAP_UUID of the custom object to append in the URL.

Please support me. How to get the SAP_UUID for a Custome BO available in the notification rule, so that can be selected in the Email template.

Hi All,

I resolved this issue by this way. I created an element named ObjectID in the CustomBO of type UUID and did a data operation in the QC - Create Handler. By this way, I could save the SAP_UUID in a dummy element and use that value in the Email Template Deep link

I'm trying to build a link to my custom BO TI screen but not able to do it successfully can you please help me below are the details.

https://myxxxxxx.crm.ondemand.com/sap/byd/nav?bo=[X]&nav_mode=TI&param.Key=[y]

so in place of [X] which value i need to replace is it my custom BO name ? or short ID of the TT screen ???

X should be he short id of the TT screen.

SAP_UUID is a generated element which you cannot access.

I understand, so how to solve the predetermine URL.

Please share inputs on resolving this. Does this mean, we cannot create deep link for Custom BO?
