Workflows in MDM

HI

Am getting an error when am trying to draw workflow in visio.

The error as

Repositories are not connected to Visio.

1.Can anyone plz letme know the setting or configurations to be done for data manager and visio to integrate.

Hi,

Please check the below:

1. Check visio is installed in your system.

2. check the the visio is integrated with MDM server.

3. check the repositories are loadded.

Can u plz let me know how to integrate visio with MDM server,i have done it,but may be some mistake.

Hi shifali ,

You need to Install MDM Visio 2003 professional or standard edition on the sytsem you wnat to design your MDM,It needs not be on the server machine.

once you have installed to MS visio software and excuted the Workflow installables ,then you can go through the below link to undersatnd the conf in Visio needed:

Hi Shifali,

Restart MDM Server once and Load repository with Update Indices.

Also check whether WorkflowInstall_ver setup matches with server version.
