cant answer social media tickets from the Fiori UI

cant answer social media tickets from the Fiori UI

we have the integration between our c4c and facebook, but when we try to answer social media tickets we dont see the social messages interaction, while in html client we do see every interaction.

    Hello Saul,

    Could you please raise an incident to address this?

    As per standard, you should be able to reply from both UI's. If there is an issue with it, support would need to check.
