Import Agentry Application into SMP Management Cockpit

Hi Experts,

I have exported Agentry Application from SMP Management cockpit.The export has generated a ZIP file.

Now I am trying to import the application. But I am encountering an error " Failed to Import the Application".

Kindly suggest.

I would just increase the Admin and the Agentry loggers to debug (Cockpit > Logs > Log settings > Admin, Agentry to Debug, then Save). After that you can reproduce the importing issue. Then go to Logs > Log files > Choose <hostname>-smp-server.log > it will download the server log. Open it and check at the time when you reproduced the problem. It will probably give more details on what went wrong. One possible thing can be that you didn't preconfigured the new SMP environment to have the same security profile (same name, same settings) as the one SMP server has where you exported it from. So if you export the Agentry app from SMP1 where it was configured for Security profilename "example" then before you try to import it to SMP2, create the "example" security profile in SMP2 as well.
