IView Problem..

Hi Experts,

I have added few links in ESS Purchasing.

I have created a Page and a Transaction Iview in Portal.

Created a Resource in R/3, and in the URL of the PCD Page I have given the PCD path of the Portal Page. Then I have created a Service and then assigned this Service to a Subarea.

I have tested this service in the portal it was working fine.

The problem is, when I select the link in the portal the R/3 Transaction screen is opened in the Portal Content Area. I want to open this in separate window.

We have changed Launch in New Window property to

Display in Separate Window / Display in Separate Portal Window / Display in Separate Header less Window.

But still it is opening in the Portal Content Area only.

Is there any other properties is need to change?

Please Advice

Regards,

Dimple

Did you set the property in the iView or the Page? Normally setting the iView property does the trick, but the homepage stuff can be a bit wierd.

Try changing the URL for the Resource to "EXROLES:portal_content/......" instead of "ROLES:portal_content/....".

    Cheers,

    John

    Hi John,

It is excellent, it is working.

I have changed ROLES to EXROLES.

Thank you very much for your help.
