change password on EP7 and related issues

When an EP 7.0 user forgets her password, we want her to provide her email address. After verifying her

email address, EP7 sends a generated password to her by email.

Clients want to automate above procedure without any code , i.e. via configuaration only.

I do not think it's possible w/o coding. Can somebody confirm? Thanks!
