GR for serialised material against Inbound delivery in error 'Only 0 serial numbers..

Hi Team,

Material was shipped against STO from one sloc to other sloc with Serial numbers and Inbound delivery was created at receiving sloc with serial numbers. This Inbound delivery created with serial numbers distributed to EWM successfully.

I see serial number profile was updated in product master after EWM Inbound delivery creation in EWM. User has completed GR and putaway without serial numbers.

This triggered update to ECC and Inbound delivery failed to post GR in ECC. This stuck in ECC Inbound queue with error ' Only 0 serial numbers entered instead of 2'

How we can process this error because we can not reverse GR in EWM. I understand and simulated scenario and see stock updated at ECC and EWM with serial numbers. When ID distributed to EWM then serial numbers can be seen on serial numbers tab.

In addition to above user further posted unplanned GI /SCWM/ADGI to move stock from EWM sloc to non EWM sloc which created one more queue before posting GR against Inbound delivery (our first error).
