WebIDE on iPad is almost but not quite usable

Has anyone managed to use the WebIDE on an iPad?

For all the supposed responsiveness and web-friendly tech, the WebIDE doesn’t work for me on my iPad. The good side is that it seems like it’s just a couple of bugs.

There seem to be two major blockers:

1. The cursor is shown at a spot about 2-3 cm to the left of where it really is.

2. Any panes on the right (e.g. Git) are positioned slightly too far to the right so any controls on the right of the pane are not reachable.

3. Some slightly less serious bits are the lack of right click. But I can e.g. open a file via the search menu. But a long-press would be welcome here.

I tried this with the default on-screen keyboard as well as an external one. Safari, Firefox, Chrome, all behave the same.

For me the iPad has become a laptop replacement when I travel. I can do almost everything with it, even Remote Desktop to a cloud Windows instance is pretty usable.

Are there any quick hacks around this, or is this something that can be fixed?
