Goods Issue !!

Let us suppose there is an item X. This material cud be of very low value(say Rs100) or

may be avg value(say Rs5000)

This item is isued to a cost centre and is returned after may be 1 hour or may be 2 days.

This happens again n again to diff cost centres.

Hw to track this ??

Hw to issue this material and then take back evry time?

Hi

Develop a Report from your Abaper

in which for a particular material let us say u issue "Mateirial A" to cost center "ABC"

Here Movement type 201 happens and for which material document gets created

So this will be ur material issued for a particular cost center

And whenver u r taking it back or reversing 202 Movement type happens for which also material document gets created

So just track the document and for a particular material and movement type "201 and 202"

in which ur report will consist of

Material no,Material Description,Issued-Quantity,Reversed Qty,Cost Center

This you will get it from TABLE :MKPF - Material document: Header

MSEG - Material document: item .

create as many storage locations as cost centres and do the material transfer posting between storage locations to track them

Hi

To track the issues: MB51 , with movement type: 201 & reversal 202

Using MIGO , you can issue to cost center & reverse it.

Issue to cost centre: 201 movement type

Reversal : 202 movement type

hi,

This could be only tracked via po history...also check MB51 tcode..

You have to make the material doc GI from the MIGO

and

Then later cancel it or reverse it ....you can see the cancelled material docs from MBSM...
