Info Sentinel - no icon on taskbar

When I start the Info Sentinel, I do not see the incon on the bottom right, why? It was there before however if I go under Services, I see that the Info Sentinel Service is running.

I am on Windows XP client using Crystal reports v8.0.1.1.
