Sir i had done costimization in OMSY,MMPV,& MMRV ,yet i am getting following error in MIGO :-

Posting only possible in periods 2008/10 and 2008/09 in company code

Message no. M7053Diagnosis

The posting date entered is not within one of the permitted posting periods (current period/previous period).

This can be due to one of two reasons:

The correct current period has not been set in the systemir .

For the system, the first of the entered periods is the current period. At the beginning of a new period, your systems administrator must change the current period in the material master record, using the function "Shift periods". This has not yet been done.

You have entered a wrong date in the field "Posting date".

Procedure

Check the posting date and correct it if necessary. If your input is correct, inform your systems administrator that the "period shifting" (period-end closing) process has not yet been completed. Copied from M8022

for your company code in "+" row check the dates.

Those dates "from" are suppose to be the latest period/yr

Sir in such situation please suggest me whete to do correction.

go to MMRV and see what is the current period is you see there than go to MMPV and close the period upto current period of the system than only it will allow you to post in MIGO

Or just change the posting date in MIGO as per the period you seein the error

E.g your error says you can Posting only possible in periods 2008/10 and 2008/09 in company code

and your MMRV shows period 7

that means you have to clost the period 7 and 8 than only system will open period 9

Hope You have Assigned K4 Fiscal Year Variant in OB37 Trxn code. Please Check & Confirm.

Check in OB52 if the periods are maintained properly from FI side

Sir your OB37 fiscal year correction was correct now i had taken K4 there but again in MIGO i am getting following message:-

Company code ARP and CO area ARP have different period determination

Message no. KI242

Diagnosis

Company code ARP and controlling area ARP assigned to it use different fiscal year variants. Fiscal year variant K4 for company code ARP is not compatable with fiscal year variant V3 for controlling area ARP.

System response

Companies and controlling areas assigned to them can only differ in the number of special periods defined in the assigned fiscal year variants. The period boundaries of the fiscal year variants themselves must be compatable.

Procedure

Reassign the correct fiscal year variant to company code ARP and controlling area ARP.

Please tell me exactly where to do correction?
