Hi All,
In my project, the actual cost is not appearing. what could be the reason. After the delivery of the material, the actual cost is to be updated in the PPB or in report. But Actuals are not shown.
Please share your ideas.
Regards
Sankar
Hi,
As I understand, you have used WBS elements for cost planning and there is no commitment items in your project. I assume, in that case, you are creating direct PO(outside PS). In which case, please check,
1. Account assignment logic of PO to WBS element.
2. The G/L accounts to which the actual cost is geting posted, after the material is delivered.
Hope this will help you get the actual cost in PPB.
Regards,
Ganesh

Hi sankar
If no cost versions are defined in the planning table profile, the costs from the cost version 0 are not displayed by default in the costs/revenue overview and in the period breakdown

Hi Sankar,
Please check if your WBS elements are 'Account Assignment elements'. If they are not you need to tick them as account assigned.
Hope this helps.
