Database Connector Error: 'Function module "/CRYSTAL/MDX_GET_STREAM_INFO" n

Hi Experts,

Database Connector Error: 'Function module "/CRYSTAL/MDX_GET_STREAM_INFO" not found.'

I am getting the above error when trying to execute a Crystal report.

Under Settings, I have the "Use MDX driver with support for Multiple structures" selected. I am able to create the report from the query and see the database fields but can't execute.

I am able to run reports using the older SAP BW Query driver but would really like to use MDX for structures. How can this error be resolved?

Even i did the MDXTEST in BW check and it is working fine and pulling data but i am getting that MDX error in Crystal reports 2008 even after

i installed the Integration kit for SAP.. Please support me... I am using Crystal reports 2008 60 days trail version and downloaded

Business objects XI integration Kit for SAP from business objects site and installed.

Thanks,

Chandra.

Hi Chandra

Your SAP Basis Admin should know how to apply the transport files (transaction STMS). The transport files are basically the link between the SAP system and CR.

The Integration Kit contains a folder in which you can find the transports. Your Basis Admin will know which transports to apply.

There is more information about the transports in the Installation guide for the SAP Integration Kit and also here in the forum.

I advise you to have a look at Ingo Hilgefort's blog to get more information on how SAP works together with Business Objects' products:
