Final appraisal formula

im using old appraisal system.

while creating appraisal, the last column has the formula

=weighting*rating

how can i change this formula?

in our case the calculation formula is different.

=weighting*rating/100

how can i edit it?

(remember its old appraisal system)

Configure the rating in decimals.

for example :

if weighting = 85 and rating is 76

then instead of doing 8576/100, use 850.76

thanks for your reply, actually i have done that already, but was wishing to not change the weighting if it is possible i wana change the formula of last column.
