how to display the user name in "reported by " field of service desk messa

hi ,

i have created business partners for all the user name .

but when i receive the support message from the user i get the BP id (i.e) business partner number of that corresponding user is displayed .

what changes we need to make to display the user name in the " reported by " field .

Also what are the other BADIS that are available pertaining to support desk functionality

Classic BADI

Implementation = AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON

Change, Activation (the key to object is required)

All important BADI for SD can see in the report AI_SDK_CUSTOMIZING_LISTING

i donr find any report named AI_SDK_CUSTOMIZING_LISTING in my solution manager system

Hello Susin,

Please make sure that NO_USER_CHECK as "X" in transaction DNO_CUST04. It is case sensitive. So you should use capital X.

Hello Susin,

I dont think activating that BADI could suit your purpose......I hope i got your query right....

You want the User-id itself to be populated and not the business partner when the service desk message is created.... In that case do not create the Business partner for the respective user id.....in that case only the user-id will be automatically populated when the service desk message is created...

but when i tried that way without creating business partners i didnt get anything in the "Reported BY " field for that service desk message in the solution manager system

"Reported by" field was blank in that case
