ATC Check prio 1 messages concerning index of column based database.

Hi guys,

We're currently processing some custom code for a post s4 hana conversion. The database of the customer is column stored, from what I understand this mean no indexes should be made for these DB's (https://blogs.sap.com/2013/12/29/6-golden-rules-for-new-sap-hana-developers/). But the results of the ATC check we ran, seems to conflict with this assertion. The following message is shown frequently with a priority 1:
- Large table ...: No field of a table index in WHERE condition
- Large table ...: No first field of a table index in WHERE condition

My question for you experts is:

1a) Do we need to process the code that pops up in the ATC check or can we ignore?

1b) If we need to process it, how do we do this?

2) Why does this message show up in an ATC check run on hana DB if indexes are not needed?

Thanks in advance.

With regards,

Mehmet
